Mark Davies

Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in both the private and public sectors. He commenced his professional career with PWC in 1988 holding a range of senior positions including Senior Audit Manager and Principal Consultant. In 1999 he joined Darebin City Council where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and General Manager Corporate Services. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Surf Coast Shire Council, a position he held until 2012.

Mark operates his own consultancy business specialising in the provision of financial performance solutions to the state and local government sectors in South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales.
